What is Spandex®?
* Spandex® can be elongated 4-7 times and hark back after disengagement.
* Spandex® is suggested be elongated 3-4 times. The most significant elongation can be 5 times.
Characteristic of Spandex®
* Every yarn is made of several spun yarns which is uniform tension.
* About 3kgs per roll.
* Recilient force of every Dtex(g/10000m) is 3 times of elastics (0.024force,gram/unit).
* The Stess and Strain curves is more smooth. Keeping smooth resiliency force in the effective area (20%-30% elongation).
* Wide elongation area. The uniform design specification of elastic force is from 2.0-4.0 times elongation.
The benefit of Spandex® for manufacture
* Less cost for elastic material as the high stess and high elongation.
* High efficiency as the long time producing without outage.
* No undesirable component on the surface. It makes less choking for the hot melt adhesive spraying as being without talc powder and other dirt.
* Good performance on the tackiness of hot melt adhesive. The glue for the rubber can be used for Spandex® and can be saved over 40%.The creep-resisting shows excellent performance of Spandex®.
